Please note that if a package is returned to the courier depot because the courier was unable to make the delivery it is the customers responsibility to communicate with the courier to re-deliver or pick up their package. If the customer fails to arrange a redelivery or pick up of their package and it is returned back to me the customer will need to pay postage costs again for me to post the parcel out again.  If the customer does not want to pay for redelivery, a fee of £1.90 will be taken out of the refund amount to cover costs

If a customer inputs the wrong delivery address and the parcel is delivered to that address it is the customers responsibility to retrieve the package.
